If you don’t use any social media accounts, we suggest this is when you start. It’s super simple to set-up an account, and by doing so you’ll become familiar with the platforms before the conference. If you need a little help please download How to Setup Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.

How can I become a sponsor?

There are a number of reasons to sponsor this event, and a number of ways to get involved. Review our Affiliates Page to find out what opportunities are available and how to get in contact.

How much does the conference cost?

Do you offer discounts?

We want to make attending #BankSocial as cost-effective as possible. For that reason we will be offering the following discounts.

  • Early Bird Pricing. The sooner you register the better your savings. Don’t wait until the last minute.
  • Group Discounts. Groups of 4, groups of 5-8, and groups of 9 or more will be eligible for discounted rates. The more people you bring the bigger the discount!
  • See Us Speak. Come to an event we are speaking at and receive additional savings. Don’t see us at an event near you? Request we become involved by reaching out to your local conference organizers.

How do I register?

What is a #casestudyworkshop?

Jill Castilla, Ann Chen, Joe Nesbitt, and Bryan Fonville are just a tiny sampling of banking leaders that conducted workshops at #BankSocial 2016. #BankSocial is connecting retail banking brands from across the United States to share empirical examples of social media in banking today rather than abstract conversations. These banks and credit unions have proven measurable social media success.

You can expect thorough and effective exhibitions by bank and credit union CEOs, along with their marketing teams, on the successful targeting of Millennials using social media. 

What meals are included?

Breakfast and lunch daily, along with an evening networking event.

Will there be internet access at the conference?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the conference room as well as other areas of the hotel.

Can I send a substitute?

Yes. If you are unable to attend the event, but would like to send someone in your place you can. But you must fill out this form and email it to us.

The form must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event, otherwise we cannot process the request. (Sorry folks!)

What is an EXLab?

#BankSocial 2017 will mark the introduction of Expertise Labs. Ian Cleary and Lee Odden are two of the many social media experts that will not only highlight the most important aspects of social media to implement in your business but will go through a list of practical tools and tactics that you can immediately implement in your social media strategy. These experts wrote the book on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram strategies – and they’ll be specifically focusing on the retail banking industry at #BankSocial 2017!

How can I submit to speak in 2017?

That’s right, we’re already planning next year! If you think you would be a good match for our conference we would love to hear from you.

#BankSocial Media Vendor Introductions. The exhibit hall is full of new vendors and service providers who offer services related to thee banking and bankcard industry. Innovators include financial tech companies that offer a variety of services such as Loan Processing Services, Consumer Credit Restoration, High Risk Merchant CC Services, Timeshare Industry Financing, POS Service Installers and more. The exhibit hall will be open every day for the event between 10am and 4pm. Lunch will be served in the exhibit hall.
